Natixis Securitizes $205.6 Million of CMBS Loans
Natixis securitized $205.6 million of loans in a conduit commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction. It was both a Sponsor, via Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC, and a Co-Manager, via Natixis Securities Americas LLC, in a $1.3 billion transaction (COMM 2015-CCRE22).
Natixis contributed 10 loans with a cumulative balance of $205.6 million to the COMM 2015-CCRE22 securitization of 65 loans amounting to $1.3 billion. The commercial mortgages originated by Natixis included ten- year and five-year fixed-rate loans, primarily secured by retail, office, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use properties located across the United States.
