Natixis announced today it has provided a $550.2 million floating-rate financing to Onni Group for the acquisition of two office buildings known as Wilshire Courtyard, located at 5750 & 5700 Wilshire Boulevard, in Miracle Mile of Los Angeles.

Wilshire Courtyard consists of two recently renovated, 6-story, LEED Gold certified Class A office buildings. The Property features significant on-site amenities including private balconies providing city and mountain views, a state-of-the-art Equinox fitness center, a beautifully landscaped park with jogging trail, and ample parking in a three-level subterranean garage under each building. In addition, Wilshire Courtyard provides tenants with an extensive array of restaurants, retail and cultural attractions, and access to public transportation.
