Natixis Lends Against The Marlo Building
Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC provided $26,000,000 of 10-year term fixed- rate CMBS financing to Douglas Development to refinance a commercial office building located at 901 7th Street, NW in Washington DC. The 5- story historic commercial building, built in the late 1800s, is located in Washington’s Chinatown neighborhood. It was formerly a Marlo furniture store and underwent extensive renovations by Douglas Development in 2000. Today the building is fully occupied and anchored by a TD Bank branch. Other tenants include Dangerously Delicious Pies, Destination DC, Global Navigators and Heather Podesta + Partners.
