Natixis Lends $59,500,000 for The Park at Mount Kisco
Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC provided $59,500,000 of 10-year term fixed rate CMBS financing to Diamond Properties for the refinance of The Park at Mount Kisco, located at 333 North Bedford, Mount Kisco, New York. The financing was arranged by Jones Lang LaSalle.
The property is a 611,954 square foot industrial warehouse facility that has been fully renovated to accommodate multiple tenants with a diverse range of uses including office, retail, showroom, and sports and recreation. The property is conveniently located less than one mile from the Saw Mill Parkway (major north/south arterial) and three miles from Interstate 684 and Route 172. Mount Kisco is in the heart of Westchester County, benefiting from exceptional access and connectivity to Manhattan (30 miles south), Bedford, Bedford Hills, Millwood, Yorktown, Somers and Chappaqua. The property’s immediate area houses one of the largest concentrations of retail and services in Westchester County, and also provides office space, healthcare facilities and other important supporting services for the entire region.
Diamond Properties, headed by James Diamond, is an experienced owner and operator of commercial real estate. The company was founded in 1993 and has since acquired 58 properties, including office, warehouse, retail, residential, and land in 5 states, and currently owns 44 of those properties, totaling in excess of 3.7 million square feet.
