Energy Efficient Equity (E3) Secures $150 million Credit Facility from Natixis

Energy Efficient Equity, Inc. (“E3”), a California-based specialty finance company, announced today that it has secured a $150 million asset-backed credit facility from Natixis. E3 is a leading originator of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) assets, a financing tool that enables property owners to finance up to 100% of the cost of environmentally or socially responsible home improvements, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water efficiency.
