Marc Vincent is Global Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and a member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis.
He started his career in 1985 at Citibank's Mergers & Acquisitions division in New York. He then joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1992 to head the French Corporate Finance team based in Paris. In 1996, he joined Schroders in Paris as Head of Investment Banking before being appointed Executive Committee member and Head of European Equity Capital Markets. In 2000, he became Head of French Investment Banking for Salomon Smith Barney in Paris. From 2004 to 2012 he was Chairman of Mediobanca France and a member of the Mediobanca S.p.A. Strategic Committee.
He joined Natixis in 2012 as Head of Coverage and Advisory in the Corporate & Investment Banking division and a member of the Natixis Senior Management Committee. He was appointed Co-Head of Corporate & Investment Banking in 2016 and Global Head in 2018.
Marc Vincent graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
Marc Vincent is also a director of Natixis Assurances and Peter J. SOLOMON and Chairman of the Boards of Natixis Partners, Natixis Partners España, Fenchurch and Vermilion.
